At SplitGrid, we take the privacy of our Publishers and their end-users seriously. This policy explains what data we collect and how it is used to provide our Offerwall services and prevent fraud.
1. Information We Collect
Publisher Data: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and website URL.
User Data (via Iframe): When a user interacts with our Offerwall, we collect their IP address, User-Agent (browser type), and a unique User ID provided by the Publisher.
Transaction Data: We record offer completions, timestamps, and payout amounts to ensure accurate crediting.
2. How We Use This Data
To Provide Services: We use the data to track offer completions and send automated postbacks to Publisher servers.
Fraud Prevention: We analyze IP addresses and User-Agents to detect and block VPNs, Proxies, and Automated Bots (such as Autosurfs).
Security Verification: We use SHA256 signatures to ensure that data sent between SplitGrid and Publishers is not tampered with.
3. Data Sharing & Third Parties
Ad Networks: We share limited, non-personally identifiable information (such as a unique transaction ID) with our Ad Network partners (e.g., CPALead) to verify offer completion.
No Selling of Data: SplitGrid does not sell, rent, or trade user data to third-party marketing companies.
4. Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and to ensure that users are correctly credited for the offers they complete.
SameSite=None: Our cookies are configured for cross-site use (iframes) and are always delivered over a Secure (HTTPS) connection.
5. Data Retention
We retain transaction logs for up to 12 months to handle potential chargebacks or disputes from Ad Networks.
Account data for banned users (due to fraud) may be retained indefinitely to prevent them from creating new accounts.
6. Your Rights
Publishers may request to view, edit, or delete their personal account information by contacting our support team.
