Terms of Service
Last Updated: March 10, 2026
By creating an account on SplitGrid or using our Offerwall services, you (the "Publisher") agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Publisher Eligibility & Account Security
Approval: All Publisher Apps/Websites must be manually approved. SplitGrid reserves the right to reject any website for any reason, including low quality, lack of content, or suspicious traffic patterns.
Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your App Secret Keys. You agree to implement SHA256 signature verification for all postbacks sent to your server.
2. Traffic Quality & Prohibited Activity
We have a Zero Tolerance Policy for fraudulent traffic. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Autosurfs & Traffic Exchanges: Traffic from sites like neon.today, aninter.net, or any automated surfing platform is strictly forbidden.
- Botting & Scripting: Use of headless browsers, automated scripts, or "click-farms" to complete offers or generate hits.
- VPN/Proxy Use: Inducing users to use VPNs or proxies to bypass offer geographic restrictions.
- Incentive Abuse: Offering real money or rewards to users for "fake" actions that do not result in a valid conversion for the Ad Network.
3. Payments & Revenue Share
Revenue Split: SplitGrid handles the middleman logic and retains a percentage of the offer payout (the "Admin Split") as displayed in your dashboard.
Chargebacks: If an Ad Network (e.g., CPALead) reverses a lead due to fraud, the corresponding balance will be deducted from the Publisher’s account.
Forfeiture: Any Publisher found violating Section 2 (Traffic Quality) will have their account permanently banned, and all pending balances will be forfeited to cover damages to our network reputation.
4. System Interference
Reverse Engineering: You may not attempt to decompile or reverse engineer the SplitGrid iframe or API.
Automation: Unauthorized automated access to the SplitGrid Admin or Publisher panels is prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
SplitGrid is provided "as is." We are not responsible for any loss of earnings due to Ad Network downtime, tracking errors, or server maintenance.
