1. Terms

By accessing SplitGrid, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on SplitGrid's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials;
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on SplitGrid's website;
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by SplitGrid at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

3. Disclaimer

The materials on SplitGrid's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. SplitGrid makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, SplitGrid does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

4. Limitations

In no event shall SplitGrid or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on SplitGrid's website, even if SplitGrid or a SplitGrid authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

5. Payments

Payments are NET30 but frequently are processed between 1st-6th of each month.

During the term of this Agreement, SplitGrid shall pay Affiliate a payment, as determined by SplitGrid in its sole and absolute discretion, calculated on the Net Revenue ("Revenue Share"). Revenue Share payments will be determined according to the SplitGrid payout policies in effect at the time based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the quantity, quality, and validity of clicks on Ads, Ad impressions, and Actions, and User demographics such as the country of origin of a User's IP address.

USDT TRC20 and Bitcoin Direct Wallet payment have some network fees (est: 1-2$)

BTC rate is based on average value on last month or 1st of every month value (when payments are automatically generated).

SplitGrid shall pay Affiliate the Payments in up to 21 days after the Affiliate place payment request.

SplitGrid reserves the right to withhold, delay, cancel or reverse any pending or already-requested payment, at any stage before it is fully completed, if there is any indication of fraud, multiple accounts, or violation of these Terms, without prior notice.

6. Accuracy of materials

The materials appearing on SplitGrid's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. SplitGrid does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. SplitGrid may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However SplitGrid does not make any commitment to update the materials.

7. Links

SplitGrid has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by SplitGrid of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

8. Deposits

Deposits for advertising you made on SplitGrid are final and non refundable!

9. Advertising Campaigns

• Advertising Campaigns are non-refundable.
• Zero Tolerance for Adult / Illegal Content: We strictly prohibit and do not accept any type of adult (18+), sexually explicit, nudity, hacking, warez, nulled, or illegal content. Campaigns violating this rule will be immediately terminated without refund.
• All views delivered to PPC/PTC campaigns are real and are from SplitGrid Offerwall Publishers.
• In case if in Google Analytics or other analytics are showed less views than SplitGrid stats is because of users anti-tracking/adblocker extensions or because the ppc/ptc campaign timer is too short (this happens for 2 or 5 seconds campaigns). SplitGrid offerwall is protected against AdBlocker but after users leave our offerwall, we have no control.
• All views delivered to Shortlinks campaigns are real and are from SplitGrid Offerwall Publishers.
• In case if Shortlink dashboard shows less views than SplitGrid stats is because some of users who completed your shortlinks already completed that shortlink on other sources. We recommend to advertise shortlinks with faucet mode like earnow, clks.
• SplitGrid offerwall is protected against Shortlinks Bypass, Ip changer and fraudulent shortlinks hits.
• If your Shortlink campaign "stuck" or don't get any views is because you entered wrong shortlinks details or because the reward is too low and there are other campaigns with same shortlink with higher reward.

10. Direct Link & Traffic Sources

• No Adult or Illegal Content: We do not accept any type of adult, pornography, nudity, hacking, nulled, or illegal traffic. Sources/referrers with inappropriate content are permanently banned.
• No Free Hosted Subdomains: Traffic originating from free hosted subdomains (e.g. Blogspot, Wix, WordPress.com, Weebly, 000webhost, etc.) or free TLDs (.tk, .ml, .ga, etc.) is strictly forbidden.
• In case a publisher generates fraudulent or invalid hits, their account will be terminated and publisher balance forfeited.

11. Publisher Apps, Websites & Banners

• No Adult Material: All publisher websites, apps, and widgets must be family-friendly and free from adult content (18+), sexually explicit imagery, or illegal material.
• Custom Domains Required: All publisher apps, pop ads, and banner websites must be hosted on genuine custom registered top-level domains. Free subdomains and free hosted platforms (including Blogspot, Wix, WordPress.com, Weebly, etc.) are automatically rejected during submission.
• Domains and apps discovered with prohibited content or fraudulent traffic will be blocked immediately.
• Do not force your audience to click banner ads, pop ads, or offerwall placements.
• Place banners in visible locations only on approved websites. Any modification to banner integration code will result in account closure and balance forfeiture.

12. Publisher Reversals

• Our 3rd demands can chargeback/reversals only for Offers, Surveys and More Offers.
• Chargeback/reversals can be made maximum after 90 days after the survey/offer has been credited.
• These chargebacks/reversals are made automatically and in case your publishers balance has been already withdrawed, your balance will became negative.
• If there are too many reversals/chargebacks, your account or App can be closed.

13. Fraud, Multiple Accounts & Account Termination

A "Multiple Account" is defined as any two or more accounts registered or operated by the same individual or entity, whether or not registered under different names, emails, or payment wallets, where such accounts share or are linked by, including but not limited to, the same IP address, device, browser fingerprint, payment wallet address, referral pattern, or other identifying technical data. Operating Multiple Accounts on SplitGrid is strictly prohibited.

"Fraud" or "Abuse" includes, without limitation: Multiple Accounts, use of bots, scripts, click-farms or automated traffic, VPN/proxy or IP-manipulation used to disguise identity or location, incentivized or hidden-incentivized traffic where prohibited, self-referrals, collusion between two or more publishers to generate fake or invalid actions, and any attempt to bypass, circumvent, or manipulate the tracking, security, or anti-fraud systems of SplitGrid.

SplitGrid reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to investigate any account suspected of Fraud or Abuse. During such investigation, SplitGrid may immediately suspend, restrict, or freeze the account and any associated balance, pending withdrawal, or payment request, without prior notice and without needing to first prove the violation.

If, following investigation, SplitGrid determines that an account has engaged in Fraud or Abuse, SplitGrid may permanently terminate the account, close any linked Multiple Accounts, and forfeit/void any remaining balance, pending payment, or in-progress payment request associated with those accounts.

SplitGrid reserves the right to collect, analyze, and retain technical data (including but not limited to IP addresses, device identifiers, cookies, and browser fingerprints) for the purpose of detecting and preventing Fraud and Abuse, and may share such data with advertisers, payment processors, or partner networks where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud.

Decisions made by SplitGrid regarding the existence of Fraud or Abuse, and any resulting suspension, termination, or forfeiture of balance, are final and at SplitGrid's sole discretion. Publishers/Affiliates waive any claim for lost earnings, damages, or compensation arising from such decisions, without prejudice to any internal review process SplitGrid may choose to offer.

Publishers/Affiliates agree not to initiate any chargeback, dispute, or reversal with any payment processor, exchange, or gateway in connection with any transaction made in accordance with these Terms; doing so may itself be treated as grounds for immediate account termination.

14. Modifications

SplitGrid may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
